Essendir
The Essendir are the Ascended. Formerly mortal Nascents, they are the souls who have conquered the trials of the Veilbound Cycle and broken free. The very act of Ascension forges for them a new, inherent, and idealized physical body, an apotheosis of the mortal form. They are ambitious, adaptable, and a potent new force in the cosmos, often appearing as godlike beings with a manifest magical aura.
